Here We Go Kuala Lumpur

I am very excited already!

Doms and I will be spending the coming weekend in KL! Of course aside from the fact that we both wanted to go to KL and explore the city, it is also my birthday on the 4th of July. So, it's also my birthday celebration cum vacation.


We already have our itinerary and I'm excited because one of the goals of our KL trip is to have a mini-prenup pictorial.

I really hope that we can accomplish our plans for the pictorial this time. I've been wanting to share in W@W something like of an accomplishment for our wedding, in the pictorial department.

Here are the places that we are planning to visit:

• Genting Highlands
• Suria KLCC and the malls around it
• Menara Tower
• Petronas Tower @ night

I'm really hoping that we will haev a great time! Dear weather, please cooperate.

Cupcake Place Card Holders

Ata Lala and Ate Jiji will be making our wedding cake. They are our friends from DSP and they are willing to create our cake. I am excited because I saw their past cake creations and I love it! In line with the cake, we are considering of ordering around 200 pieces of cupcakes and use it as our place holders.

I'm really OC about our guests. As much as possible, I want all the poeple that we intend to invite will come to the wedding, no more no less. So, I thought of putting place cards for each guest and assign them to a specific chair. It will look like this:


Of course the colors of our cupcakes will be similar to our wedding cake colors and the designs are up to the creative minds of Ate Lala and Ate Jiji. I hope this can push through!

Slowly but Surely

I'm getting more and more excited as the day of our next Manila visit comes this coming July 30 to August 3. We are scheduled to do a lot of things in this short period of time.

I've contacted our suppliers and all of them are available on the days we assigned them. So here's a mock-up schedule of our short vacation that Doms and I will follow:

July 30 (3:35 am arrival time in Manila)

• Rest first!
• Call Vignette and Val Villarin to confirm Pre-nup Pictorial schedule.
  
• After lunch, meet with Doms.
• Go to Hizon's office to meet with Chrissy and finalize detailing.
• Go to Oasis ans meet with Sharon.
• Go to Mt. Carmel to talk to choir and submit some requirements and also schedule pre-cana and canonical interview.
• Meet with Doms' MFI friends.

July 31

• Morning, call Virma our emcee, Mich of 168 flower Co. and Jojo of Sound of Music Company.
  
• Around 11:00 am, meet with Doms and go to the Onesimus factory outlet store to buy his barong.
• Go to the wedding congress in Megamall to search for invitation supplier, wedding car rental, and possible rings.
• Grocery!!!

August 1

• Lunch of Mandaluyong folks and Doms' family in our house.
• Fitting of entourage members with Concha at 2:00 pm

August 2

• 9:00 am trial hair and make-up with Val Villarin
• 12:00 nn pre-nup pictorial with Vignette in Marikina.

That's it!! This schedule will definitely change but at least we have breadcrumds to follow.

Our Caricature

We got our caricature months ago already. I was not able to post it here because I wanted it to be a surprise for everyone. But, since I have no updates for our wedding blog, I've decided to post our caricature here now.

We asked Grahpizar to create our caricature. The moment they sent us the drawing sketch, I knew that our caricature will be awesome!


At first, Doms didn't like the initial sketch because he thinks his lips were to thick. Haha. So they adjusted it later on, Doms agreed to their final sketch.

We will be using our sketch for our save the date cards and table numbers. doms will be creating these stuff and I am really so excited about it!!!
